District conciliation authorities for tenancy
In the canton of Schwyz each district has its own conciliation authority for tenancy (Einsiedeln, Gersau, Höfe, Küssnacht, March, Schwyz). The authority where the flat is located is competent; it consists of a neutral chair and equal numbers of landlord and tenant representatives. Conciliation proceedings in tenancy matters are free of charge (Art. 113 CPC).
